Production process monitoring
Supports dynamic routing of production line logistics, equipment production monitoring, batch production monitoring, and individual battery production monitoring; real-time dashboards for production efficiency, yield rate, defect rate, and other data.
Conveyor and warehouse management
The MES system supports dynamic warehouse management at the production line side and allows integration with third-party WMS data. It supports various inventory methods, including dynamic inventory, real-time inventory, and area-based inventory.
Data traceability
The MES adopts a comprehensive data collection mechanism, making it easy to query all production data for RAW, WIP, and finished products, including equipment data, raw material data, production unit data, and loss data during the production process.
Equipment Management
Dynamic equipment addition, inspection management, equipment alerts, visual dashboards, remote equipment monitoring, and anomaly warnings provide managers with clear visibility into equipment health and utilization status.
Quality Management
Full-process QC control (IQC, PQC, FQC, OQC), with fully customizable QC key indicators, supports fully automated QC data collection and judgment.
Full-process SPC control allows for fine-grained control and management of the production line from various dimensions.
Analysis and Reporting
Powerful data reporting capabilities, including basic reports such as OEE, grade distribution, equipment performance, equipment anomalies, defect statistics, inspection abnormalities, etc. Customers can also customize advanced reports, including SPC, Pareto, Histograms, and more, with full support for custom report creation.
Server Safety
High load balancing, high availability (HA), multiple redundancy support, with the capability to support multiple data backups, ensuring data integrity and security.
