Panasonic Energy (Wuxi, Suzhou)
Panasonic Energy has been a close partner since 2016 when our MES was first introduced at their Wuxi branch. We have since provided MES services for Panasonic Energy’s Wuxi Phase II and Suzhou Phase I and II fully automated new energy production lines. In addition, we have also offered customized service support for SCADA, HIM, and upper-level software systems.
LG Chem (Nanjing, Poland)
LG Chem, the world’s largest power battery manufacturer, has been a partner since 2016. We have provided technical support for their Nanjing and Poland factories, including charging and discharging technology control, the IMES management system, and upper-level software system support.
Shanghai Space Power Research Institute
The Shanghai Space Power Research Institute (811 Institute) is part of the Eighth Academy of China Aerospace Corporation (CASC). It is a core defense industry unit authorized by the National Defense Science and Technology Industry Bureau and serves as the primary organization for major space power systems in China. In 2022, we provided MES systems for multiple battery production lines at the 811 Institute and developed a customized analysis and summarization system based on experimental data. The system received unanimous praise and was successfully launched in 2023.
Pylon Technologies
Shanghai Pylon Energy Technology is a top 50 energy company in China, focusing on the production and integration of energy storage power supplies. In 2019, for Pylon’s first fully automated soft-pack production line, we provided the MES system for the production section and introduced new line control capabilities, including full intelligent management, quality control, capacity analysis, and anomaly warning. This helped Pylon complete a comprehensive upgrade from manual to automated and intelligent systems.
Tianjin Group
Tianjin New Energy, a battery new energy project under Tianjin Group, introduced its first fully automated new energy production line in 2019. We provided the complete MES system for the entire line, along with multiple upper-level subsystems such as the charging and discharging system and classification system. This fully automated production line became Tianjin Group’s flagship project in 2019. In 2021, we signed the Phase II MES project for 2022 and provided the MES system for the PACK module section, offering comprehensive technical support for their first fully automated PACK module production line.
DFD Group
DongFudu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2010 and specializes in the production and research of new power batteries, materials, modules, and automotive battery packs. Its clients include renowned domestic and international automakers such as Chery, GAC, and Wuling. Since 2019, we have provided MES system support for DongFudu’s production lines, completing the launch of Phase I and II of the soft-pack fully automated production lines, Phase I and II of the new cylindrical production lines, and Phase I of the prismatic production line. We also provided DongFudu with the KUN capacity prediction system, making it the first new energy battery manufacturer to achieve high-precision, no-dividing capacity testing.
GAC New Energy
The GAC New Energy project is a battery production line project under GAC’s new energy vehicle division. Our collaboration with GAC began in 2018, where we provided SCADA systems for charging and discharging data collection on pilot lines and laboratory equipment.
24M China (Anhui Anwa Project)
24M Technologies, a battery company based in Massachusetts, USA, was founded in 2010 and developed commercially viable semi-solid lithium-ion batteries in 2020. In 2021, they reached a cooperation agreement with Anhui Anwa Group to implement a semi-solid power battery industrialization project with an energy density of 300-340 WH/KG. For their Phase I solid-state lithium-ion battery project in 2023, we provided MES system support for the production section along with WCS and WMS system support.
Zhuhai Guanyu
Zhuhai Guanyu is one of the top three 3C battery suppliers in China. We began in-depth cooperation in 2020, providing data collection and analysis systems (IMES) for the test section of their fully automated power battery production line. Additionally, we offered intelligent transformation support for charging and discharging equipment, OCV, DCIR equipment, and sorting devices at both their Chongqing and Zhuhai 3C battery production lines.
