It is crucial for modern industrial production, especially with features like automated control, flexible control, and dynamic process adjustments.
HF-MES is an intelligent manufacturing execution system designed for fully automated production lines, successfully applied in multiple industries such as new energy, battery production, home furnishings, and panel fine processing.
Intelligent Big Data Analysis System (Big Data Analysis System)
Based on years of project experience and by incorporating the needs and prior knowledge from various partners, we have custom-developed a Big Data Analysis (DAS) system for our MES, utilizing standard production line data. This system module is designed to quickly analyze and monitor key aspects such as production line capacity, quality defect causes, equipment performance, and potential accident risks.
High-Speed Data Acquisition LECPServer – SCADA System
In many manufacturing environments, rapid, high-frequency data collection, analysis, and statistics are required for both equipment and production.
The HF-LECPServer system is a SCADA system we have independently developed, designed specifically for high-speed and large-volume data acquisition in manufacturing sites. The system’s single-point data collection cycle can be as fast as 50ms. The data acquisition terminals include most of the popular PLC products in the market, such as Siemens, Omron, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Inovance, ABA, Panasonic, and more. It also provides third-party interfaces for custom-defined acquisition terminals.
This system has been successfully deployed and is in operation at companies such as Sany Heavy Industry, Zhongding Integration, GAC Group, Pylon Technologies, Panasonic Energy, and others.
HF-SIM Full-Process Automation Simulation Platform
HF-SIM is an automation simulation platform built upon our HF-MES system, designed to replicate a production line in 3D during the design phase. It can simulate various complex scenarios on the production line, including co-line production with different processes, handling of unforeseen events, and analysis of different flow schemes. This enables the quick identification of design flaws and bottlenecks, providing a comprehensive evaluation of the production line’s capacity, risks, and optimization opportunities. The platform helps clients optimize their production line design effectively.
